چکیده
The issue of the ”eternal return” is examined from the perspective of the topology of spacetime. Constraints on dynamical laws for the periodic evolution of a system or universe are highlighted. Using a Fourier series expansion, an infinite set of simultaneous linear equations is formulated for the periodic evolution of a system/universe. PACS: 05.70.-a, 05.90.+m, 04.20.Jb, 04.20.Gz

We study the geodesic motion in Gödel's universe, using conserved quantities. We give a necessary and sufficient condition for curves to be geodesic curves in terms of conserved quantities, which can be computed from the initial values of the curve. We check our result with numerical simulations too.

It is shown that the celebrated Menelaus relation and Fay's trisecant formula similar to the WDVV equation are associativity conditions for structure constants of certain three-dimensional algebra.

Recently, a class of gravitational backgrounds in 3 + 1 dimensions have been proposed as holographic duals to a Lifshitz theory describing critical phenomena in 2+1 dimensions with critical exponent z ≥ 1. We continue our earlier work [14], exploring the thermodynamic properties of the “black brane” solutions with horizon topology R2. We find that the black branes satisfy the relation E = 2 2+z...

In this paper, we shall present a new equation of motion with Quantum effect in spacetime. To do so, we propose a classical-quantum duality. We also generalize the Schordinger equation to the spacetime and obtain a relativistic wave equation. This will lead a generalization of Einstein’s formula E = m0c 2 in the spacetime. In general, we have E = m0c 2 + ~ 2 12m0 R in a spacetime.
